Overview
The Ministry of Social Security and Education manages social-welfare services and educational support. nVisionIT delivered a web-based Attendance Management System to digitise tracking of school attendance for administering child-allowance payments: letting administrators capture, manage and report attendance in real time, with exception-day configuration and user-role management.
Outcomes & impact
The system automated a previously manual, error-prone process, improving accuracy and timeliness of attendance data, reducing administrative overhead and enhancing transparency in allocating child allowances, strengthening the Ministry’s ability to monitor school participation.
