Overview
AGSA is South Africa’s supreme audit institution, a Chapter 9 constitutional body promoting oversight, accountability and good governance. As part of its digital transformation, AGSA engaged nVisionIT to digitise vendor and contract management: automating the end-to-end process from publishing tenders, submissions and evaluations, through appointments, the appointed-vendor database, contracting and relationship management.
Outcomes & impact
The system automated the full vendor and contract lifecycle, reducing manual intervention and administrative overhead and improving procurement turnaround. It enabled consistent compliance checks, improved vendor transparency, reduced internal support burdens, and gave leadership the reporting to act on.
