Varuna Devi Bangaleea

On nVisionIT’s executive team for over a decade, Varuna is widely recognised for her contribution to the tech ecosystem, including the Women in Tech Leadership Award 2024, globally and for Africa, and for driving inclusive, citizen-centric digital transformation across the continent.

A graduate of the University of Mauritius with a Master’s from IGNOU, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration researching AI governance and Digital Public Infrastructure.

Helen Mills

Helen brings more than 30 years in the technology sector, 25 of them with nVisionIT. For over two decades she has led the operational delivery of our technology solutions, working closely with clients to turn complex business challenges into practical, sustainable outcomes. A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), she is passionate about delivering measurable business value through technology and about building the high-performing teams that make successful delivery possible.

Kirtee Moheeputh

Kirtee leads technology strategy, solution architecture and the delivery of secure, scalable digital transformation initiatives across government and enterprise environments. She holds a BSc in Computer Science with Network Security and an MBA in Project Management, is PMP certified, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with research focused on artificial intelligence and identity fraud.

Carl Ohlhoff

Carl leads commercial strategy, business growth, client engagement and strategic partnerships across Africa. With more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, cloud, data, AI and enterprise technology, he helps organisations translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes. He is passionate about enabling intelligent enterprises through innovation, trusted governance and value-driven digital transformation.

Kagiso Sejamoholo

Kagiso is an accounting professional with extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial administration and reporting within fast-paced information technology businesses. Kagiso’s expertise spans accounting principles, reconciliations and financial analysis, with a consistent record of accurate, compliant and efficient financial outcomes.

Head of Engineering

Werner du Plessis

Werner has more than 22 years’ experience in software development. He leads our engineering teams and shapes the architecture of enterprise solutions across finance, trading, insurance and healthcare, while staying hands-on in design and code. He holds multiple Microsoft certifications and specialises in Azure, .NET and AI-driven software delivery, and is committed to building precise, reliable systems and to engineering excellence across the team.
