Overview
Landscope (Mauritius) Ltd is a government-owned entity managing state-owned land and property assets. To address idle fertile plots and fragmented land information, Landscope partnered with nVisionIT to build a national-scale EDMS integrated with GIS, consolidating data from stakeholders and providing a public portal where users can view plots, register via MauPass and apply for leases online.
Outcomes & impact
Engineered to scale, the system takes lease applications online, with custom dashboards, automated approval workflows and real-time integration, cutting land-leasing steps and overhead and improving transparency.
