Overview
Zonke Monitoring Systems (a Bidvest subsidiary) was agent of the National Gambling Board of South Africa, operating the Central Electronic Monitoring System for the Limited Pay-out Machine industry. nVisionIT created the end-to-end licensing-management platform covering application through issuing of physical and electronic certificates, across applicant categories from individuals to route operators, locations and manufacturers.
Outcomes & impact
Following the licensing system’s success, ZMS engaged nVisionIT further: a web-based monitoring solution (IoT devices in gambling machines collecting data for financial reporting to device level) and a Sports Betting Management Platform collating betting and online-gambling data into a central store of transactions and win/loss reporting for the authorities.
