What we do

Three distinct ways we create value.

We meet you wherever you are: start from a proven product, a deployable accelerator, or an engineering capability. They’re separate offerings by design, and they combine into one delivery when your problem needs it.

How they differ

Product, accelerator, capability: what’s the difference?

A Solution is a product

Named, packaged software (e.g. GeoDispatch, PER2). Configurable, but essentially ready to run.

An Accelerator is a head-start

A proven blueprint for a sector outcome, deployed into your tenant and tailored to your sector.

A Capability is a skill

The engineering and advisory expertise we apply to build, integrate, secure and run any of the above.

In practice, a typical engagement blends all three: a capability team stands up an accelerator, then extends it with a solution, or builds something entirely bespoke.

How we work

One engagement model behind all four routes

Whichever route you start from, delivery runs the same way: value first, milestone-billed, and you stay in control of spend from the first conversation to go-live.

  • A conversation to find the outcome you want
We start from the outcome you want, not an exhaustive spec.
  • Sprint 0: the value-first start
A costed roadmap, a working prototype, the target architecture and success metrics.
  • Iterative delivery, invoiced by milestone
Refined with you each milestone, so you stay in control of spend.
  • Freedom to adapt
Pivot any time. You only pay for what’s been delivered.
